What Is Active-X?
Active X is a feature of Microsoft's Internet Explorer 4 and later versions.
It is essentially a method of installing software on your computer which
can install items or software modifications over the Internet.

Why Does The Active-X Message Bar Keep Popping Up
When I Click On Different Websites?
Active-X has a protective feature that disallows "active content" such as flash,
sound, or any dynamic content, to be downloaded to your computer without
your permission.

How Do I Allow Active Content So I Can View The Website?
First, you will see a Message Bar that says:
"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from
showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options..."
Next, Click the Message Bar, a menu drops down, select "Allow Blocked Content"
Last, a prompt will pop up asking, "Are you sure you want to let this file run
active content?" Click "Yes" to allow content. - You are in!

I Cannot See The Video, How Can I Fix This?
The BlightBusters Website uses Flash Animation to display video.
If you have already allowed Active-X but still don't see video,
you may need to download the Free Flash Plugin.

Once at the Flash download page follow directions and Flash will
be installed on your computer's browser quickly and easily!
