- THE MOTOR CITY RESOURCE CENTER -

This facility is a 21,000 square foot,
three story historic building in
Northwest Detroit (Old Redford).

It houses our coalition of non-profit housing partners. The center creates synergy and
expands our capacity to stabilize, revitalize
and energize Detroit's forgotten neighborhoods.

- PARTNER TENANTS -
By yoking the strengths of a number of non-profit partners that are all housed on
the second floor of this facility, we can plan and implement programs faster than ever before.
We work independently, as we work in harmony, to oversee the conceptualization and
construction of hundreds of new homes in the Northwest Detroit area.

The first floor is utilized as a building trades training facility that teaches low-income individuals
not only the building trades, but also teaches them how to access the funds to rebuild their neighborhoods as well. Seminars, credit counseling and training give local residents the tools
they need to rebuild and restore their homes and communities. On the third floor, a 350 seat
auditorium will be used for a myriad of community-based activities, to include a resident youth
theater troupe, a music school, and an arts and cultural center.
